實習崗位 | Internships

Overview:

Join a dynamic, zero-to-one team in acquiring and growing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Hong Kong. Our investor, with 15+ years of experience in MBB consulting and senior leadership roles at global conglomerates, aims to acquire SMEs and drive 2x-3x growth in 3-5 years.

Hong Kong’s SME landscape presents a compelling market opportunity for our organization. The region is characterized by a rapidly aging population and a significant number of SMEs facing succession challenges. As business owners approach retirement age, they often encounter difficulties in finding suitable successors or exit strategies for their businesses. This creates an ideal environment where we can provide a solution to these succession challenges while driving growth and value creation.

Before applying, you should familiarize yourself with Entrepreneurship through Acquisition and Search Funds.
